Shipping Times
At Paws the Life, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely manner. The estimated shipping time for your order will be displayed on product page and it varies depending on the destination and warehouse location. Please note, these are only estimates but we always strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment directly from our website. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to receive your tracking information promptly.
Shipping Fees
- For Canadian Customers:
- A shipping fee of 6.99 CAD will be applied to orders under 59.99 CAD.
- We offer free shipping for orders of 59.99 CAD or more.
- For U.S. Customers:
- A shipping fee of 5.49 USD will be applied to orders under 44.99 USD.
- We offer free shipping for orders of 44.99 USD or more.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please allow for the estimated shipping time plus 3 business days for order processing.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Please also DO NOT provide P.O. box as your delivery address as some of our couriers DO NOT support. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect, incomplete or P.O. box addresses.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are not included in our shipping fees. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees assessed by their respective government. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Packaging for multiple items
When you order multiple items, they may be shipped from various international warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Additionally, if an item is in high demand and on backorder, we may send your items in separate packages at different times to avoid delays, aiming to deliver your complete order as quickly as we can!
Change of Order
At Paws the Life, we understand that you may need to make changes to your order occasionally. We can accommodate changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. To request an order change, please contact us immediately at support@pawsthelife.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please be aware that once an order has entered the shipping process, we cannot make any changes.
International Shipments
Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. Customers from other countries should contact our customer service for information about shipping options and availability.
