Refund policy
7-Days Quality Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If an item arrives damaged or not match with your order, please contact us at support@pawsthelife.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photographic and/or video evidence of the damage to facilitate the refund process. Upon verification, our customer service agent will guide you through the process of mailing the item(s) back to our supplier(s). Once the supplier(s) receive the defective item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return or Exchange
We recognise that returning products can significantly increase carbon emissions and contribute to environmental degradation. Therefore, to reduce the environmental impact, we do not support the return or exchange of products unless you have received a defective item. This approach helps us decrease unnecessary transportation and packaging, leading to a smaller carbon footprint.
We will not process refund or exchange due to but not limited to the following reasons:
- Incorrect Size Selection: Please accurately follow our measuring guidelines and consult our size charts before placing an order. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect size selection.
- Change of Mind: Please confirm your desire to purchase before finalizing orders. We cannot issue refunds if you no longer want the items after the order is placed.
- Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for refunds due to shipping delays once the package has been dispatched.
Cancellation
We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@pawsthelife.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please be aware that once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.
